Halloween Crafts for Kids : Glue Mummy Craft
Time for another Halloween craft kids will enjoy! This time we have yet another mummy craft. Although this time this activity is a artsy craft with glue.
I cut out mummy shapes with black construction paper and set out googly eyes along with glue in a squeeze bottle.
We started off with sticking the googly eyes to the mummies.
We always make sure we have 3 girls and 1 boy in our crafts! That’s her drawing eye lashes on her mummies.
Then time to go to town with glue. The flow from the squeeze bottles are so much smoother than the flow from the glue bottle itself. The lines are cleaner and it is easier for little ones to feel they are in control of the bottle.
Our glue mummy family!
This Halloween craft/art was clearly for fun and not for saving. If you intend to save it there are a few things you can do
- Use a type of glue that dries white and not clear
- You can add white acrylic paint to regular glue
- Once you get a white glue mummy, make holes and create a mummy garland for your mantle
